Playlist nº 44: Kit de supervivencia para naufragios en islas desiertas

¿Quién no se ha imaginado alguna vez como un Robinson abandonado, tal vez para siempre, en una ignota playa? ¿Quién no se ha preguntado o ha sido preguntado sobre qué se llevaría consigo a una isla desierta? Es un tópico tan recurrente que el músico Brian Eno bautizó una selección de sus mejores trabajos en solitario de los años setenta como Desert Island Selection, jugando también con el nombre de la discográfica que los editó -Island Records-. De música se trata, pues en un caso de forzado y prolongado aislamiento no necesito la compañía de un balón pintarrajeado como Tom Hanks ni preciso de búnkeres ni osos polares como los náufragos de Lost. No, para mi supervivencia me basta, además de las lógicas provisiones, un buen puñado de libros y mi iPod cargado con las canciones que me son imprescindibles para vivir. Lo he dejado en cien, por elegir un número redondo, para reproducir en modo aleatorio. Suman diez horas que se pueden repetir en cualquier orden. Me he limitado al pop, rock y derivados de habla no hispana. Se pueden discutir las ausencias, pero creo que las presencias no necesitan explicación. Sírvanse.
